Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order.To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@kadna.co before the end of the withdrawal period.Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
How to Return an Item
Contact us at hello@kadna.co and let us know that you wish to return your order.We will provide instructions for returning the item.Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund if all return conditions are met.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned item or proof of its return shipment, whichever occurs first.Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of both the item and its packaging.We will work with you to find an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund where applicable.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom-made, personalized, or otherwise exempt under applicable consumer protection laws.
